Privacy policy
Effective November 1, 2026.
This policy covers the Omniu app at omniu.me and the Omniu MCP server at mcp.omniu.me. We collect only what Omniu needs to work. We don't sell your data, show ads, or use tracking or analytics tools.
What we collect
- From Google sign-in: your name, email address, profile picture link and Google account ID.
- What you enter: your first name, avatar, goals, milestones, tasks, task check-offs, notes and messages.
- Sign-in sessions: the browser (user agent) and IP address of each session, kept with the session.
- Connected AI apps: which apps you've approved, what access you approved, and when they were last used.
- Social: what you share, and your reactions to what others share.
Omniu sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in. It doesn't use any other cookies.
How we use it
- To run Omniu: show you your goals, save your changes and keep you signed in.
- To answer you when you contact us.
AI agents
When you connect an AI app such as Claude or ChatGPT, it can see and change your goals, milestones and tasks only after you approve it at omniu.me. What the app does with that data is covered by that app's own privacy policy. Omniu doesn't read your chats or anything else in the app.
To disconnect an app, remove Omniu in that app's connector settings or under Profile in Omniu.
Storage and retention
- Your data is kept while you have an account, and is encrypted in transit.
- Sign-in sessions last 30 days.
- Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
- Database backups are kept for 7 days, so deleted data leaves the backups within 7 days.
Deleting your data
Go to Profile, then Delete My Data. This permanently deletes your account, goals, milestones, tasks, notes, shares, reactions, sessions and connected apps. You can also email us to ask for it.

Social
Nothing you do in Omniu is shared unless you choose to share it. When you share a milestone or a goal, other Omniu users see the title and note you shared, its category and date, and any link you added, beside a figure wearing your avatar's hair, accessory and aura. Renaming the goal or milestone later doesn't change what they see. They don't see your name, email, face, or the rest of your goal. You can unshare at any time.
